Waking up to the Mediterranean completely transforms your day. This apartment is perfect for experiencing it. It's a short-term rental in one of Badalona's most modern and well-maintained buildings.
The living-dining room features large windows that bring the landscape indoors. The highlight is its 25 m² terrace with sea and mountain views. It's an ideal spot for breakfast or working with the horizon as a backdrop. The kitchen is open-plan but has its own dedicated space, equipped with everything you need: oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware.
The sleeping area is separate to respect your privacy. The master suite is a sanctuary with direct access to the terrace, walk-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are bright and airy, ideal for guests or family. The apartment also has a separate office, perfect for working or studying, as well as a second bathroom with a bathtub and a guest toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, wifi, a laundry area and a parking space included in the price.
The property offers a communal swimming pool and well-maintained outdoor areas, and its location is directly opposite the seafront promenade and the sea, with quick access to beaches such as La Mora and Tres Chimeneas. In terms of transport links, the train station is about 13 minutes away (R2N and Molins de Rei–Maçanet–Massanes lines) and the Sant Adrià tram is just a few minutes away, in addition to all the amenities and shops in the surrounding area.
It's an apartment designed for those who come to Barcelona for a while and want more than just a place to sleep: space, views and a location that really makes a difference in everyday life.

Frequently asked questions you may have about temporary rentals
I liked an apartment, can I visit it?
Yes. If you saw an apartment on our website and want to visit it, you can:
- Write to us at leads@atemporalrent.com indicating your name, phone number, email, and apartment reference.
- Call +34 931 226 801 during business hours.
A commercial agent will contact you to coordinate a visit, as long as the apartment is available for the dates you need.
What do I need to book this apartment in Barcelona right now?
The documents you need to provide will vary depending on the reason for your stay in Barcelona if you are:
A. Student
B. Employee
C. Corporate bookings (company)
D. Self-employed
You can see the details in booking conditions.
Afterwards, to formalize the reservation, a payment equivalent to at least one monthly rental installment must be made. Depending on the case, the total initial payment can also be made at the time of booking, which includes:
- Security deposit: 1 or 2 monthly installments (depending on the duration of the contract).
- First and second month's rent (or proportional parts, according to the entry/exit dates).
- ITP (Property Transfer Tax), where applicable.
How can I make the payment for the reservation?
You can make the payment in three ways:
- Bank transfer: We recommend an immediate transfer, especially if the check-in is soon. If the funds are not in our account before check-in, we will not be able to proceed with the entry.
- Credit card payment at the office at Passeig de Gràcia 85, 2nd floor, 08008 Barcelona. Payment by card may involve an additional management fee.
- Online payment link: We can send you a payment link via email or phone so you can complete the transaction conveniently and securely.
Are utilities included in the rental price (water, electricity, and gas)?
Utilities ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental price. We work with an approximate monthly provision based on the size of the flat:
- 1-bedroom apartment: approx. 150 €/month*
- 2-bedroom apartment: approx. 200 €/month*
- 3-bedroom apartment: approx. 250 €/month*
- 4+ bedroom apartment: approx. 300 €/month*
*Reference values. Always check with your agent for the exact amount in each case.
This provision is paid along with the monthly rent within the first 5 days of each month. If, during the stay, consumption is found to be significantly higher than estimated, you will be informed of the difference.
In some apartments, utilities may be paid via a fixed monthly fee. We will inform you if this applies to your case.
What type of insurance does the property have?
Most of our properties have multi-risk insurance (building and, in many cases, contents) which covers:
- Structural elements of the home.
- Installations and, in some cases, part of the furniture.
This insurance DOES NOT cover your personal belongings (computers, phones, suitcases, etc.).
Therefore, we recommend that you consider taking out a tenant's home insurance or travel insurance that includes coverage for personal belongings during your stay.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
We have apartments where pets are accepted and others where they are not; this depends on the policy of each owner and the rules of the building's community.
We recommend contacting our sales team so they can help you find pet-friendly apartment options via email at: leads@atemporalrent.com or by calling the Barcelona office at: 931 226 801
Do I have to pay community fees and taxes?
Community fees and IBI (Property Tax) are the responsibility of the owner, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The tenant, where applicable, must take care of utility consumptions (water, electricity, gas) and other contracted services (internet, etc.), as well as any other concept expressly agreed upon in the contract.
