Monthly rental apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony, internal patio and views of Passeig de Gràcia
Of exceptional character, with generous spaces, pieces of art and views of one of Barcelona's most emblematic avenues.
Available only for rentals of more than 32 days for leisure, vacation, recreational or cultural purposes, and provided that they are accompanied by the corresponding documentation that proves said purpose.
Living on Passeig de Gràcia means enjoying Barcelona from a privileged perspective. Located in an elegant stately building, this extraordinary furnished apartment combines spacious rooms, carefully selected artwork, and architectural details that give it a unique character.
The living area is one of its greatest attractions: a spectacular open-plan living and dining room, bathed in natural light thanks to its large windows, with views of Passeig de Gràcia and Avinguda Diagonal. It features a spacious sofa area, a dining table, and a reading nook, with access to a balcony overlooking one of the city's most iconic streets. The high ceilings with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, the wooden floors, and the presence of art in every room lend a sophisticated and unique character.
Next to the living room is a spacious workspace with a wooden table and bookcase, perfect as a private office for those who need to combine their stay in Barcelona with remote work. From here, you can access the designer kitchen, visually integrated into the apartment but with its own distinct atmosphere. It is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils, as well as a second dining area for everyday meals.
The sleeping area features two spacious double bedrooms, both with unique layouts. The first offers a double bed, ample wardrobe space, and a glass-enclosed gallery with a table and seating—an intimate corner perfect for reading or enjoying a moment of tranquility. The second stands out for its open-plan suite concept, with a double bed, a freestanding bathtub, and a shower area integrated into the space, creating a boutique-inspired ambiance. The property also includes another full bathroom with a bathtub.
As a counterpoint to the urban views, a small landscaped interior courtyard, with plants and outdoor furniture, offers a secluded and tranquil oasis within the apartment itself. The apartment also features air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Its location allows you to enjoy some of Barcelona's best cultural, gastronomic, and shopping experiences within walking distance. La Pedrera and Palau Robert are about 2 minutes away, while Diagonal Avenue, international boutiques, and numerous restaurants are also nearby. The Diagonal metro station (L3 and L5), about a 3-minute walk away, provides easy access to the rest of the city.
A property designed for those seeking much more than a short-term rental apartment in Barcelona: spaciousness, privacy, design, and the experience of living surrounded by art on Passeig de Gràcia. Ideal for international professionals, executives, couples, or individuals who wish to enjoy a stay of several months with an exceptional level of comfort and exclusivity.

Frequently asked questions you may have about temporary rentals
I liked an apartment, can I visit it?
Yes. If you saw an apartment on our website and want to visit it, you can:
- Write to us at leads@atemporalrent.com indicating your name, phone number, email, and apartment reference.
- Call +34 931 226 801 during business hours.
A commercial agent will contact you to coordinate a visit, as long as the apartment is available for the dates you need.
What do I need to book this apartment in Barcelona right now?
The documents you need to provide will vary depending on the reason for your stay in Barcelona if you are:
A. Student
B. Employee
C. Corporate bookings (company)
D. Self-employed
You can see the details in booking conditions.
Afterwards, to formalize the reservation, a payment equivalent to at least one monthly rental installment must be made. Depending on the case, the total initial payment can also be made at the time of booking, which includes:
- Security deposit: 1 or 2 monthly installments (depending on the duration of the contract).
- First and second month's rent (or proportional parts, according to the entry/exit dates).
- ITP (Property Transfer Tax), where applicable.
How can I make the payment for the reservation?
You can make the payment in three ways:
- Bank transfer: We recommend an immediate transfer, especially if the check-in is soon. If the funds are not in our account before check-in, we will not be able to proceed with the entry.

Are utilities included in the rental price (water, electricity, and gas)?
Utilities ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental price. We work with an approximate monthly provision based on the size of the flat:
- 1-bedroom apartment: approx. 150 €/month*
- 2-bedroom apartment: approx. 200 €/month*
- 3-bedroom apartment: approx. 250 €/month*
- 4+ bedroom apartment: approx. 300 €/month*
*Reference values. Always check with your agent for the exact amount in each case.
This provision is paid along with the monthly rent within the first 5 days of each month. If, during the stay, consumption is found to be significantly higher than estimated, you will be informed of the difference.
In some apartments, utilities may be paid via a fixed monthly fee. We will inform you if this applies to your case.
What type of insurance does the property have?
Most of our properties have multi-risk insurance (building and, in many cases, contents) which covers:
- Structural elements of the home.
- Installations and, in some cases, part of the furniture.
This insurance DOES NOT cover your personal belongings (computers, phones, suitcases, etc.).
Therefore, we recommend that you consider taking out a tenant's home insurance or travel insurance that includes coverage for personal belongings during your stay.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
We have apartments where pets are accepted and others where they are not; this depends on the policy of each owner and the rules of the building's community.
We recommend contacting our sales team so they can help you find pet-friendly apartment options via email at: leads@atemporalrent.com or by calling the Barcelona office at: 931 226 801
Do I have to pay community fees and taxes?
Community fees and IBI (Property Tax) are the responsibility of the owner, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The tenant, where applicable, must take care of utility consumptions (water, electricity, gas) and other contracted services (internet, etc.), as well as any other concept expressly agreed upon in the contract.
