About Horta - Guinardó
Being one of the largest neighborhoods in Barcelona, the Horta-Guinardó district is located in the northeast of the city between the Gràcia and Nou Barris districts. In it we find a residential neighborhood with a wide variety of services such as the Vall d'Hebron hospital center, the Llars Mundet or the Sant Pau Hospital, the Rovira hills or the Horta boulevard. We also find large green areas such as Collserola Park, Tres Turons Park or Laberint d'Horta Park to the Vall d'Hebron Olympic area, with sports facilities such as the Municipal Tennis Center, the Municipal Sports Palace of the Vall d'Hebron or the Horta Velodrome. A neighborhood where there is a pleasant temperature and low levels of pollution compared to the city center.

How can I make the payment for the reservation?

- Credit card payment at the office at Passeig de Gràcia 85, 2nd floor, 08008 Barcelona. Payment by card may involve an additional management fee.
- Online payment link: We can send you a payment link via email or phone so you can complete the transaction conveniently and securely.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
We have apartments where pets are accepted and others where they are not; this depends on the policy of each owner and the rules of the building's community.
We recommend contacting our sales team so they can help you find pet-friendly apartment options via email at: leads@atemporalrent.com or by calling the Barcelona office at: 931 226 801
Are utilities included in the rental price (water, electricity, and gas)?
Utilities ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental price. We work with an approximate monthly provision based on the size of the flat:
- 1-bedroom apartment: approx. 150 €/month*
- 2-bedroom apartment: approx. 200 €/month*
- 3-bedroom apartment: approx. 250 €/month*
- 4+ bedroom apartment: approx. 300 €/month*
*Reference values. Always check with your agent for the exact amount in each case.
This provision is paid along with the monthly rent within the first 5 days of each month. If, during the stay, consumption is found to be significantly higher than estimated, you will be informed of the difference.
In some apartments, utilities may be paid via a fixed monthly fee. We will inform you if this applies to your case.
Who is responsible for community fees and property taxes?
Community fees and IBI (Property Tax) are the responsibility of the owner, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The tenant, where applicable, must take care of utility consumptions (water, electricity, gas) and other contracted services (internet, etc.), as well as any other concept expressly agreed upon in the contract.
What type of insurance does the property have?
Most of our properties have multi-risk insurance (building and, in many cases, contents) which covers:
- Structural elements of the home.
- Installations and, in some cases, part of the furniture.
This insurance DOES NOT cover your personal belongings (computers, phones, suitcases, etc.).
Therefore, we recommend that you consider taking out a tenant's home insurance or travel insurance that includes coverage for personal belongings during your stay.
