Monthly rental apartment with 3 bedrooms in Pedralbes
Modern and elegant fully furnished apartment very close to prestigious business schools
Available only for rentals of more than 32 days for leisure, vacation, recreational or cultural purposes, and provided that they are accompanied by the corresponding documentation that proves said purpose.
If you're looking for a modern, 3-bedroom apartment in one of Barcelona's most exclusive neighborhoods, this is the best option for you.
The living area comprises a spacious and beautifully decorated living and dining room. The room's brightness is due to the large windows that visually extend the space and break up the corner, bathing the entire area in light. The kitchen is visually integrated with the living and dining room, yet a partition separates them to contain cooking odors and provide greater privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, with high-end appliances such as an oven, ceramic hob, and dishwasher, as well as all kinds of cookware and ample storage cabinets.
The sleeping area features three double bedrooms, one of which is en suite. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and windows that allow for natural light and ventilation. The apartment has a total of two bathrooms, both complete with shower and double sink.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Two parking spaces are also available for rent at €80 per month each.
Located in the upper part of Barcelona, in one of the most exclusive and quiet areas, around the best business schools and university faculties.
Next door is the Pedralbes Monastery, one of the best examples of Catalan Gothic architecture. Green spaces are abundant in this neighborhood, perfect for sports, outdoor activities, or walks to enjoy the fresh air; the Oreneta Castle Park is an 8-minute walk away, and the Royal Palace Gardens are a 10-minute walk.
The nearest station is "Reina Elisenda" (L12) a 10-minute walk away; the "Maria Cristina" station (L3) is 15 minutes away; and at the same distance is Avenida Diagonal where you will find the Tram stops.

About Les Corts
The district of Les Corts is situated to the west of the city. It is the third smallest and least populated district. Located between the Diagonal Avenue, full of shops, and the bustle of Camp Nou. It unfolds like a landscaped Barcelona to discover and get lost in it halfway between the rural past, the elegance and tranquillity of a residential neighbourhood. In the heart of the old town are the squares of Can Rosés, Comas and Concòrdia.
Frequently asked questions you may have about temporary rentals
I liked an apartment, can I visit it?
Yes. If you saw an apartment on our website and want to visit it, you can:
- Write to us at leads@atemporalrent.com indicating your name, phone number, email, and apartment reference.
- Call +34 931 226 801 during business hours.
A commercial agent will contact you to coordinate a visit, as long as the apartment is available for the dates you need.
What do I need to book this apartment in Barcelona right now?
The documents you need to provide will vary depending on the reason for your stay in Barcelona if you are:
A. Student
B. Employee
C. Corporate bookings (company)
D. Self-employed
You can see the details in booking conditions.
Afterwards, to formalize the reservation, a payment equivalent to at least one monthly rental installment must be made. Depending on the case, the total initial payment can also be made at the time of booking, which includes:
- Security deposit: 1 or 2 monthly installments (depending on the duration of the contract).
- First and second month's rent (or proportional parts, according to the entry/exit dates).
- ITP (Property Transfer Tax), where applicable.
How can I make the payment for the reservation?
You can make the payment in three ways:
- Bank transfer: We recommend an immediate transfer, especially if the check-in is soon. If the funds are not in our account before check-in, we will not be able to proceed with the entry.
- Credit card payment at the office at Passeig de Gràcia 85, 2nd floor, 08008 Barcelona. Payment by card may involve an additional management fee.
- Online payment link: We can send you a payment link via email or phone so you can complete the transaction conveniently and securely.
Are utilities included in the rental price (water, electricity, and gas)?
Utilities ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental price. We work with an approximate monthly provision based on the size of the flat:
- 1-bedroom apartment: approx. 150 €/month*
- 2-bedroom apartment: approx. 200 €/month*
- 3-bedroom apartment: approx. 250 €/month*
- 4+ bedroom apartment: approx. 300 €/month*
*Reference values. Always check with your agent for the exact amount in each case.
This provision is paid along with the monthly rent within the first 5 days of each month. If, during the stay, consumption is found to be significantly higher than estimated, you will be informed of the difference.
In some apartments, utilities may be paid via a fixed monthly fee. We will inform you if this applies to your case.
What type of insurance does the property have?
Most of our properties have multi-risk insurance (building and, in many cases, contents) which covers:
- Structural elements of the home.
- Installations and, in some cases, part of the furniture.
This insurance DOES NOT cover your personal belongings (computers, phones, suitcases, etc.).
Therefore, we recommend that you consider taking out a tenant's home insurance or travel insurance that includes coverage for personal belongings during your stay.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
We have apartments where pets are accepted and others where they are not; this depends on the policy of each owner and the rules of the building's community.
We recommend contacting our sales team so they can help you find pet-friendly apartment options via email at: leads@atemporalrent.com or by calling the Barcelona office at: 931 226 801
Do I have to pay community fees and taxes?
Community fees and IBI (Property Tax) are the responsibility of the owner, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The tenant, where applicable, must take care of utility consumptions (water, electricity, gas) and other contracted services (internet, etc.), as well as any other concept expressly agreed upon in the contract.
