Monthly rental duplex with 2 bedrooms, balcony, study, 2 bathrooms and toilet on Avinguda Meridiana
Comfortable and well laid out, a stone's throw from Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes
Available only for rentals of more than 32 days for leisure, vacation, recreational or cultural purposes, and provided that they are accompanied by the corresponding documentation that proves said purpose.
This duplex on Avinguda Meridiana is a very practical option if you're looking to settle in Barcelona for a few months. The two-story layout clearly separates the living area from the sleeping area, something you'll notice in your daily life.
On the lower floor, you'll find a spacious and well-organized living room with a sofa area, television, and dining space. The separate kitchen offers ample workspace, plenty of storage, and all the necessary appliances. It also has access to a separate laundry room and a dining table for everyday meals without taking up space in the living room. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.
Ascending the stairs leads to the sleeping area. The master bedroom is a double, with access to a balcony, a dressing area, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks—a rare feature. The second bedroom is a single, with a desk, perfect if you need a quiet space to study or work. The third room is a study, with a reading area, work table, and cabinets—ideal as an office. There is also a second full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, heating and high-speed wifi.
The location is another strong point. You're very close to Les Glòries park and the Westfield Glòries shopping center, with all kinds of shops, restaurants, and services. As for transport, Clot station (L1 and L2) is about 5 minutes away, Glòries (L1 and tram) about 6 minutes away, and Encants (L2) about 8 minutes away, providing quick access to the city center and the @22 technology district.
An apartment designed for temporary stays where you need real space, good connectivity, and the feeling of having everything organized from day one.

Frequently asked questions you may have about temporary rentals
I liked an apartment, can I visit it?
Yes. If you saw an apartment on our website and want to visit it, you can:
- Write to us at leads@atemporalrent.com indicating your name, phone number, email, and apartment reference.
- Call +34 931 226 801 during business hours.
A commercial agent will contact you to coordinate a visit, as long as the apartment is available for the dates you need.
What do I need to book this apartment in Barcelona right now?
The documents you need to provide will vary depending on the reason for your stay in Barcelona if you are:
A. Student
B. Employee
C. Corporate bookings (company)
D. Self-employed
You can see the details in booking conditions.
Afterwards, to formalize the reservation, a payment equivalent to at least one monthly rental installment must be made. Depending on the case, the total initial payment can also be made at the time of booking, which includes:
- Security deposit: 1 or 2 monthly installments (depending on the duration of the contract).
- First and second month's rent (or proportional parts, according to the entry/exit dates).
- ITP (Property Transfer Tax), where applicable.
How can I make the payment for the reservation?
You can make the payment in three ways:
- Bank transfer: We recommend an immediate transfer, especially if the check-in is soon. If the funds are not in our account before check-in, we will not be able to proceed with the entry.
- Credit card payment at the office at Passeig de Gràcia 85, 2nd floor, 08008 Barcelona. Payment by card may involve an additional management fee.
- Online payment link: We can send you a payment link via email or phone so you can complete the transaction conveniently and securely.
Are utilities included in the rental price (water, electricity, and gas)?
Utilities ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental price. We work with an approximate monthly provision based on the size of the flat:
- 1-bedroom apartment: approx. 150 €/month*
- 2-bedroom apartment: approx. 200 €/month*
- 3-bedroom apartment: approx. 250 €/month*
- 4+ bedroom apartment: approx. 300 €/month*
*Reference values. Always check with your agent for the exact amount in each case.
This provision is paid along with the monthly rent within the first 5 days of each month. If, during the stay, consumption is found to be significantly higher than estimated, you will be informed of the difference.
In some apartments, utilities may be paid via a fixed monthly fee. We will inform you if this applies to your case.
What type of insurance does the property have?
Most of our properties have multi-risk insurance (building and, in many cases, contents) which covers:
- Structural elements of the home.
- Installations and, in some cases, part of the furniture.
This insurance DOES NOT cover your personal belongings (computers, phones, suitcases, etc.).
Therefore, we recommend that you consider taking out a tenant's home insurance or travel insurance that includes coverage for personal belongings during your stay.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
We have apartments where pets are accepted and others where they are not; this depends on the policy of each owner and the rules of the building's community.
We recommend contacting our sales team so they can help you find pet-friendly apartment options via email at: leads@atemporalrent.com or by calling the Barcelona office at: 931 226 801
Do I have to pay community fees and taxes?
Community fees and IBI (Property Tax) are the responsibility of the owner, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
The tenant, where applicable, must take care of utility consumptions (water, electricity, gas) and other contracted services (internet, etc.), as well as any other concept expressly agreed upon in the contract.
