2023 was a key year for the company and has witnessed the substantial growth of the firm, not only in terms of turnover and business volume, which is around 25% compared to 2022, but it has also been characterized by being a year of concretion at the level of the human team. 

Along these lines, Quico Marín, founding partner of aTemporal Monthly Rentals, wanted to take the opportunity to highlight that "2023 was a year of consolidation. We have done a very important human work during this period and we have well defined our main guidelines. Who we are, our strengths and, above all, where we are going. 


The firm has grown substantially in recent years, exceeding 25% in turnover in 2023 compared to the previous year and adding talent. This has been a key factor in the consolidation of the team. 


Likewise, various initiatives and actions have been carried out to focus, plan and develop the main challenges and goals that aTemporal proposes in the short and medium term, with an important process of internal coaching, which allowed us to promote communication between areas, enhance engagement and strategically plan the objectives.


For his part, Nacho Martínez-Fortún, founding partner of the firm, wanted to refer to the temporary rental scenario, which has mutated in recent years, with the integration of new regulations. "In 2024, it is still uncertain in this aspect, so we must be prepared, be flexible as we have always been, and face the new year with a lot of optimism and with the certainty that we are going to do our job as we know best and with the experience that characterizes us so much. Experience in the sector will be key in the coming months. We will continue to grow at a good pace, as we have been doing so far''.


In addition, important investments have been made to continue with the digitalization plan, together with the development of a new internal CRM that will allow us to carry out all the procedures in a faster, more orderly and efficient way. 
As a novelty, the directors anticipate that in early 2024 the new "owners' space'' will be officially launched, which will provide a faster direct line to their manager and where they will be able to find documents of interest such as settlements, contracts, supplier invoices and occupancy reports. "We are sure that there will be a before and after in the direct communication between the owner and aTemporal. This is a great step forward,'' Quico emphasized.
Finally, the directors wanted to thank tenants, collaborators and owners for the trust they have placed in us over the last year. "We want to assure them that we will continue working to offer them a serious, ethical, flexible and constantly evolving agency to remain the reference in the seasonal market''.
