Eixample

L'Eixample is considered the quintessential modernist district of Barcelona. It extends between Gan Vía and Diagonal and is divided into two parts.

Eixample Dreta:

It is one of the most central areas of the city. Considered by many, the heart of Barcelona as it connects with several main streets and has a large collection of modernist buildings. A highly sought after area, with exclusive penthouses and fabulous apartments in royal estates. Many of the buildings in the Eixample are the work of modernist architects who preserve fantastic original elements; High ceilings, mosaic tiled floors, cornice ceilings and lots of natural light. Avenida Diagonal, Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Cataluña, with its select international boutiques, prestigious offices and some of the best restaurants in Barcelona complete the offer of this district, excellently linked to public transport and surrounded by a wide range of tourism.

Eixample Esquerra:

It is an area known for its wonderful art galleries, cute and cute coffee shops. A neighborhood that is distinguished by its majestic architecture, especially the one that borders Plaza España. It has exclusive penthouses and fabulous apartments in royal estates.
