A new version of the International Community Day 2021 will be held this Saturday

This Saturday, October 23rd, a new version of the International Community Day will be held at the Maritime Museum of Barcelona from 10:00 am. Admission is free.

This event is especially aimed at the entire international community of Barcelona with the main objective of making known the various alternatives to work, entrepreneurship, enjoying the city, and issues related to personal "landing''.

The program is quite diverse and will include conferences, informative capsules, round tables, workshops, and animation activities. In addition, this initiative will be a meeting point with companies, entities, and associations that offer products and initiatives for the international community.

Some of the activities that stand out in this new version are some of the talks that will take place on Saturday mornings, such as the one entitled "Helping expatriates in their personal landing in Barcelona and creating new business opportunities'', given by Li Shenghong, insurance expert and commercial delegate of Mapfre Badalona-Guifr. Li will talk about his own experience and how he went from being a complete novice in the sector to become a real expert, which facilitates the personal landing of ex-pats. This talk will be given in Room 1 at 11:30 am.

Another of the talks that we find very interesting to highlight is "Barcelona, the city of a thousand faces'', moderated by Turisme de Barcelona. This session will present Check Barcelona, a tool aimed at improving the visitor's experience and helping them to enjoy the different "Barcelonas": the literary, the sea, the cultural, the modern, the traditional, the coastal, and the inland. This talk will take place in room 2 at 17:00 hrs.
